About

I'm Anderson Reed (but everyone calls me Andy). My background spans venture capital, startup operations, and public-sector investment. I've been on both sides of the fundraising table: as an investor evaluating hundreds of companies, and as an operator building financial infrastructure from scratch.

I started Guideboat because most financial advice for founders is either too generic to be useful or too expensive to access. I work directly with founders, not through associates or analysts. When you hire me, you get me.
