I’m Andy Reed, a strategic finance advisor and fractional CFO. I help founders and small business owners bring order and clarity to their finances—so they can make better decisions and grow with confidence.

My background spans entrepreneurship, venture capital, and public-sector investment. I’ve built and led financial operations from the ground up, supported early-stage companies through fundraising and growth, and advised on financial strategy at every stage of the business lifecycle. I bring calm focus, clear thinking, and an operator’s mindset to every engagement.

I’m based in the Hudson Valley, NY, and work with companies across the country. If you value honesty, clarity, and hands-on help—not fluff—we’ll work well together.
